New Scotland Yard press office stated that John Nicholls, 29, of Edwin Road, Dartford has today, Thursday 14 July, been charged with common assault following an incident in Bexley Village, Bexley on Sunday 15 May.
He has been bailed to appear at Bexley Magistrates' Court on Monday 25 July.

It's a concern to me because I do chance upon such thugs from time to time, especially around the Bexley/Dartford. I hope this guy gets properly punished and that it works as a deterrent to other violent bastards who think they can take their frustrations out on the nearest road user who doesn't happen to be shielded by a metal box and travelling at 40 mph.
